    Rick Development Company Ltd — a forward-thinking digital innovation firm under the Rick Group ecosystem — is seeking a highly organized, creatively aligned, and execution-focused Project Manager. The ideal candidate will drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital and multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and operational strategy.

    This role is fully remote and is targeted at individuals who understand the fusion between project execution and creative delivery in the digital age.

  • Job Responsibility

    Lead, manage, and execute digital creative projects from initiation to final delivery across design, animation, branding, and multimedia marketing scopes.

    • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure delivery of compelling assets including logos, banners, brochures, booklets, and UI/UX layouts.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.

    • Oversee multimedia-based development tasks including graphics, animation, video content, tutorials, and more.

    • Translate brand strategies into design execution that speaks to targeted market segments.

    • Ensure all creative outputs align with Rick Development's digital transformation ethos and brand identity.

    • Maintain real-time project documentation, track progress, identify risks, and implement contingency plans.

    • Communicate with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on deliverables.

    • Perform any other task assigned by senior management.

  • Experience Requirement

  • Minimum of 1 year industry experience in a related digital or creative project role.

    • Strong command of digital design tools, including:

      • Adobe Photoshop

      • Adobe Illustrator

      • Adobe InDesign

      • Adobe Premiere Pro

      • Adobe Dreamweaver

      • After Effects

      • Microsoft PowerPoint

    • Understanding of content management systems and remote project collaboration tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, Notion, or Jira).

    Both males and females are allowed to apply Must have clear concept on OOP Proven work experience in developing large scale enterprise WordPress applications Must have experience on complex plugin, widget, theme development Must have knowledge on upgradation policy, performance, security of WordPress Experience in MySQL, jQuery, and at least one PHP-based MVC framework is required Experience in one or more PHP-based content management systems Magento or any other eCommerce is a plus point Experience in different kind of service and gateway integration will be highly regarded Experience in version control (git, svn etc) is expected Should be team player, self-motivated and take responsibility proactively
